We support learning and change in organisations, international projects, and networks.
From the outset one of our main focuses has been drug policy consulting. Here we support above all local actors in interdisciplinary cooperation, development, coordination, and practical implementation of local strategies.
Over the years other subjects have been added: today we also advise projects of youth empowerment and HIV/AIDS prevention.
Currently, we support projects in 4 regions, 15 countries and 3 major topics. In all of these subjects we combine training offers with individual project consultancy and collaborate closely with local partners and consultants.
